Bows
As violin players, we aren't too caught up with the maker and the price. All that matters for us is the sound, playability, and condition of the bow.
Many expensive bows from famous bowmakers are virtually unplayable, and don't sound particularly great either.
The most important thing is to try many bows with your own violin. Be patient and wait for a suitable bow for you, as bows will be harder to choose than a violin.
