Story
Nothing brought us more joy than finding our violins and enjoying classical music.

Or rather, when it found us. The both of us have just recently found the best violin in the world, that is, the violin best suited for us. We enjoyed trying out countless top-notch violins in shops and from private collectors for sure, but nothing can compare to the moment we found our voice and partner.

Classical music gave us the motivation to investigate into the world of music and the instruments used to play it.
It gave us happiness and meaning.
​
This prompted us to start Cremuzik. We wanted to share this moment of happiness with all players, and bring music to all people.

In the name of music
Cremuzik was founded in 2019 by two friends who shared the love of music.
​
As we started college, music became a large and important part of our lives. What started out as just another hobby and stress reliever became an addiction. We found that we were unable to fact as normal human beings without a life intertwined with music, and decided a career in the industry was inevitable.
​
The name Cremuzik represents the relationship between violins and music. Cremona, the hometown of violins, and muzik, the German word for music.
We think of violins as not only instruments, but artifacts with a rich history, molded by technology and wisdom with a deep relationship with music.
A combination of the two words formed Cremuzik.

Make Violin-shopping Easy
We want to take the stress out of buying a violin, or having to be afraid of your investment not paying off.
Violins are mysterious. They sound and react differently in different rooms, halls, climate, players etc. Our violins can be taken out of the shop and tried in different areas and settings, to provide you a taste of it in action.

Of course we want you do business with us, but ultimately we hope you leave with the knowledge on how to choose a your perfect violin.

Music is an expensive hobby.
By coming from humble backgrounds, we struggled to cope this expensive addiction. From lessons to maintenance to the instruments themselves, costs add up dramatically.
Because of this, we provide discounted prices for violins, bows, and lessons for low income families and individuals with a passion for music.
